The process of purchasing of a home has a few simple steps; Prequalification to assure you can afford the homes we are previewing; Consultation to assure the amount you were prequalified for actually meet your budget expectations; Search and Preview the homes via the Internet prior to making appointments for showings; Finally, once we find your new home, writing an offer and negotiations which will hopefully lead to you getting the home you desire.
